Acupuncture
Acupuncture has been used over three thousand years in China for health care. Based on Yin, Yang and Five Elements theory, ancient Chinese used tiny, thin needles that are inserted into the skin and tissues at acupoints to adjust the body's balance and energy flow into healthier patterns. The method used today is one of the most widespread in the World. It is most often used in North America for pain relief and eliminate inflammation, though it is also used for a wide range of other conditions.

Cupping
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Recently, cupping became very popular to help treat muscle fatigue, deep scar tissues in the muscles and connective tissue, muscle knots, swelling, cold, coughing and many other conditions.

Massage
Registered Massage Therapy involves the manipulation of muscle, connective tissue, and joints of the body to help improve circulation by bringing oxygen and other nutrients to body tissues. It has also been proven to reduce pain, increase flexibility and mobility.
Scrap away the Pain - Gus Sha
Gua Sha is an ancient healing technique used by many clinicians of TCM. In this procedure, a lubricating medium, such as massage oil, is applied to the skin of the area to be treated. A smooth-edged instrument is used by the acupuncturist to apply short or long strokes on the skin, typically in the area of pain or on the back parallel to the spine. This stroking motion creates raised redness (petechiae) or bruising (ecchymosis). It helps bring the body waste from deep tissue to superficial without pain caused by deep tissue massage.
